Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to company standards.
• Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment.
• Organize and maintain inventory within designated storage locations.
• Conduct cycle counts and assists with inventory control procedures.
• Label, sort, and stage products for shipping and distribution.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Follow company safety policies and operational procedures.
• Operate warehouse management systems (WMS), scanners, and other inventory tracking tools.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet productivity and accuracy goals.
• Report damaged goods, inventory discrepancies, and equipment issues promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
