The Opportunity:

This is more than a front-desk or office manager position. We need a Practice Operations & Patient Experience Leader who can bring organization to a struggling office, strengthen our systems, support our team, improve financial performance, and elevate the patient experience.

You will work closely with the doctor to identify opportunities, solve problems, and help guide the overall success of the practice.

We need someone who thinks like an owner, leads with empathy, and executes with excellence.

What You'll Do

Create an exceptional patient experience

• Make every patient feel welcomed, understood, and cared for.
• Communicate with warmth, confidence, and professionalism.
• Build lasting patient relationships that encourage trust, loyalty, and referrals.

Lead treatment coordination and growth

• Help patients understand their treatment recommendations, options, and financial responsibilities.
• Follow up thoughtfully on unscheduled treatment without pressure or aggressive sales tactics.
• Improve treatment acceptance, patient retention, and schedule utilization.

Strengthen operations and systems

• Keep scheduling, phones, patient flow, and follow-up organized and efficient.
• Create consistent processes and solve recurring problems at their root.
• Anticipate needs, take initiative, and keep the office running smoothly.

Support financial health

• Understand key practice metrics, including production, collections, treatment acceptance, and scheduling efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability without compromising patient care.
• Turn data and observations into practical solutions and measurable improvements.

Lead the team and protect our culture

• Set clear expectations and follow through with kindness and accountability.
• Communicate directly and respectfully, even when conversations are difficult.
• Foster a collaborative, positive culture where people take responsibility and continually improve.

Dental experience and familiarity with dental practice management software are strongly preferred. Experience in office management, treatment coordination, or operational leadership is especially valuable.
