Senior Associate, ServiceNow

Seeking a Senior Associate, ServiceNow to lead and manage ServiceNow platform implementations within a consulting practice. Key Responsibilities Provide expertise in planning, executing, and guiding ServiceNow projects across ITSM, ITOM, or IRM modules. Lead client workshops to assess needs and translate complex requirements into functional and technical solutions. Coordinate on-shore and off-shore teams to deliver agile project components. Evaluate platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and suggest improvements. Ensure development content adheres to ServiceNow standards and best practices. Prepare reports on project progress and advise stakeholders for decision-making. Qualifications & Skills Minimum three years managing enterprise systems, with extensive experience in ServiceNow, especially ITSM, ITOM, or IRM. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Complete at least one full ServiceNow implementation; current certifications in ServiceNow System Administration and relevant modules are preferred. Proficiency in customizing workflows, Business Rules, and UI Scripts using JavaScript. Experience leading agile teams of varying sizes in delivery projects. Ability to analyze and debug platform issues and recommend solutions.
