Key Responsibilities

• Pick up prepared food orders from assigned merchants and transport them to the drone launch site using a personal vehicle
• Carefully prepare and load orders into drones while ensuring accuracy, quality, and safety
• Support daily on-site operations in a fast-moving test environment
• Follow all established safety protocols and site procedures
• Maintain an organized and efficient workflow to help keep operations on schedule
• Identify operational issues and provide clear observations and feedback to support process and technology improvements
• Adapt to changing procedures and operational requirements as the program evolves
• Collaborate with a small, mission-driven team while demonstrating reliability, accountability, and teamwork
• Communicate operational observations and insights to engineers, operators, and cross-functional partners
• Maintain professionalism when interacting with merchants, teammates, and members of the community
• Represent DoorDash positively during merchant and community interactions
• Support quality control and continuous improvement efforts across site operations

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• Valid Driver's License
