Qualifications and Experience:

• Current license as a Physical Therapist
• Experience or strong interest in school-based physical therapy
• Understanding of individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Strong communication skills for working with students, staff, and families
• Ability to collaborate with other professionals to create effective treatment plans
• Motivated, adaptable, and ready to embrace new challenges

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Implement evidence-based PT interventions and document progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing progress reports and recommendations
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and parents/guardians to optimize student outcomes
• Contribute to developing and maintaining a safe, inclusive school environment
• Support students in achieving greater independence in classroom and campus activities
