Machine Operator 1st Shift

Our client, an industry leader in aluminum manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Packers and Machine Operator to join their team. The role supports production and packing operations in the Industrial department. Job Title: Machine Operator Packer Location: Rockledge, FL Pay: $18.64/hour Shift: 2nd shift, Mon-Fri 3:00pm–11:00pm with OT and some Saturdays Responsibilities Operate machines, perform quality assurance, and handle packing duties in the Cut to Length production area Monitor production machines and obtain first piece approval before completing lot runs Select proper materials for packing based on product specifications and requirements Use electric pallet jacks to move boxed products safely and efficiently Follow safety protocols Qualifications Prior machine operating and product packing experience preferred but not required Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently (50 lbs occasionally) Ability to work in a non-A/C warehouse Good communication skills to collaborate with team members Willing to learn how to operate electric pallet jacks safely and effectively Adhere to PPE requirements including steel-toed shoes Benefits Full-time employment with consistent hours Potential for temp-to-hire conversion Clean and safe work environment Engagement in a team-oriented workplace Supportive work culture focused on safety and quality Additional Benefits after Waiting Period Medical and Prescription Drug Plans Dental Plan Supplemental Life Insurance Short Term Disability Insurance 401(k) #J-18808-Ljbffr Manpower Group (USA)
