Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements Ability to accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Experience reading pick tickets, packing lists, shipping labels, or electronic order systems. Ability to safely use RF scanners, pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other warehouse equipment as required. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to inventory accuracy and quality. Dependable attendance and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments. Warehouse experience is preferred, but entry-level candidates may be considered. Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly automated environment. Ability to perform basic math.

Job Duties Pick customer orders using RF scanners or manual pick sheets. Pack products into bags, boxes, or totes according to customer requirements. Load and unload trucks and move products throughout the warehouse. Receive, count, scan, and organize incoming inventory. Stock and replenish inventory in designated locations. Inspect returned merchandise and determine proper disposition. Repackage and label sellable returned merchandise. Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records. Complete quality checks to ensure products and shipments are accurate.

Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience is preferred. Experience with RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is beneficial. Knowledge of inventory control, shipping procedures, or order fulfillment best practices is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, productivity, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Fulfillment Specialist.

Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely handle products while maintaining productivity and quality standards. Ability to work efficiently in warehouse and fulfillment environments while following established safety procedures.
