Who may apply Current university students and recent graduates. *Terms of employment / engagement shall be subject to contract and local applicable laws Responsibilities Support the improvement of security systems and tools by assisting with requirement collection, task tracking, cross-team coordination, testing, and post-launch follow-up. Help identify opportunities to improve internal workflows, system usability, and operational efficiency. Draft and maintain product documentation, project documentation, process documentation, and internal communications under guidance. Support day-to-day operational tasks to help maintain business continuity and process efficiency. Assist with security-related business operations and cross-team collaboration. Support the management of security user-facing channels, including content planning, visual asset coordination, publishing support, and basic performance tracking. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Strong interest in product management, project management, operations, or security-related business functions. Good organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and accurate documents and materials. Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn, with a hands‑on attitude toward execution and problem‑solving. Ability to leverage AI tools effectively at work is a plus.
