Call Center Manager

Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Team Supervisor

IES Residential is currently seeking an individual to join our Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning team.

Minimum five years supervisory experience managing a team of at least ten people

Experience working within a high-volume Call Center and/or Dispatch environment

Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written

Computer and technology literate

Highly attentive; does not overlook the details

Demonstrated ability to train others

Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize often

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Experience with Service Titan preferred
