Collaborate effectively with teams while demonstrating the ability to work independently when needed Exceptional attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; Proficiency in using productivity tools and software Position Responsibilities: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; Proficiency in using productivity tools and software The primary focal for San Antonio interfacing with executive leadership and the site CFO, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic business decisions Initiates assignments and integrates analysis for the site, functions and pools in areas such as resource forecasts and/or financial estimates for budgets, monthly performance, Opportunities and Risks (O&Rs) , and quarterly forecasts Prepares financial reporting, leadership level presentations, and design executive dashboards and metrics Partners with by leveraging relationships with program customers, Boeing Global Services – Government (BGS-G) facing functions and Financial Analysis Verticals to develop guidance and drive functional integration for compliant operations Leads process reviews and initiatives, understanding the impact of changes across the value stream and ensuring coordination, communicating the need for change to stakeholders and acts as a finance representative lead for cross-business/finance shared services engagements This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Currently have a Bachelor’s degree or higher 5+ years of experience working with large data sets (e.g. advanced Excel, PowerPivot, Tableau and/or Microsoft Power BI) 5+ years of experience with financial analysis, financial modeling, financial or resource forecasts, and/or assessment of associated risks and opportunities 5+ years of experience creating executive level presentations using Word, Power Point and Excel Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 5+ years of data and/or predictive analytics Experience leading a a team or project Experience working as a collaborative change agent Ability to communicate and drive change with multiple stakeholders Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate information in Senior Leadership briefings and be able to explain the “why” Experience in leading either formally or informally teams and/or projects Project management skills and the ability to work multiple projects simultaneously The ability to drive and lead the implementation of process improvements Experience working in a challenging, fast-paced, geo-diverse team environment Experience with forecasting, resource planning, Estimates at Completion (EAC) or cost management systems Ability to work across functions and represent finance effectively Able to address technical issues within the team (go-to person) and use advanced MS Excel functionality as well as predictive analytics toolsets Experience using strong verbal and written communication skills both virtually and in person Adaptability to rapidly changing environments and ability to meet deliverables Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
