Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent clinical skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and a commitment to patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities: Assess and monitor patients' health conditions. Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Documentation and Records: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records. Ensure patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations. Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and self-care skills. Provide discharge instructions and follow-up care information. Compliance and Safety: Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff. Participate in quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program. Licensure/Certification: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [Insert State]. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred. Work is performed in a healthcare setting with exposure to infectious diseases, hazardous materials, and potential physical harm.
