Shipping/Receiving Clerk

Overview IST Management Services is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk in Orange County, CA. Ideal candidates will have experience in mail operations and customer service and seek to grow their professional career in business services. Responsibilities Mail Operations – Sort incoming mail and handle according to established procedures Shipping/Receiving Services – Receive and send overnight packages, utilization of forklift as needed Print Services – Run daily production jobs for mailings and enter information into reporting systems Customer Service – Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment Adhere to all safety procedures Participate in cross-training Perform other tasks as assigned to uphold client and site needs Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College degree is a plus Prior forklift experience is a plus Professional appearance and demeanor Keyboarding and Windows environment PC skills Excellent communication skills both verbal and written A valid driver’s license/access to reliable transportation to and from work Lifting up to 55 pounds IST Management provides reasonable accommodations to individuals with a disability in accordance with applicable law in both the application and employment stages.
