Job Description
Shipping & Receiving Clerk for an electronics manufacturer/distributor located in in the Irvine Spectrum area. This is a long-term Temporary position with possibility of growing to Temporary to Hire. Pay is $18-19/hr Hours are 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, M-F, 1/2 hour unpaid lunch. Closed toed shoes/boots required.
Duties:
- Process shipping and receiving documents using NetSuite
- Picking, Packing, and Preparing domestic and international shipments using NetSuite
- Review and Inspect incoming materials and return to inventory
- Cycle counts or soft inventory counts
- Operator NetSuite and vendor systems
- Additional warehouse related duties, as assigned
Skills / Experience Required:
- Min 1 year Shipping & Receiving experience
- Experience with RF Smart Scanner is desired
- Experienced using NetSuite is highly preferred, but will consider candidates with other CRM experience
- Basic MS Office (Word/Excel)
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to their system and processes
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Accurate Data Entry is required.
- Strong attention to detail is very important.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
