Shipping & Receiving Clerk

JOB SUMMARY The Parts & Accessories (PNA) Support team member is responsible for supporting daily shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations for the Parts & Accessories team. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely and accurate shipment of customer orders, including domestic and international parcel shipments, while maintaining organized inventory and warehouse efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience with parcel shipping platforms such as UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager, strong warehouse experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Process parcel shipments using UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager Prepare and coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring shipping documentation is accurate and complete Pick, pack, and stage customer orders for shipment Verify accuracy of orders, quantities, and shipping information Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory Support overall warehouse operations, including material movement and inventory control Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of parts and accessories orders Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy as needed Perform other warehouse and logistics‑related duties as assigned Participate in continuous improvement efforts and assist with statistical samples Strictly follow all safety rules and regulations and maintain a clean, orderly work area Work wherever needed based on training and perform special projects as assigned Work overtime as required based on production schedules Maintain regular and reliable attendance May be required to operate an order picker to retrieve inventory from stocking locations Pick inventory from elevated storage locations while following all applicable safety procedures SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE Previous experience in parcel shipping and warehouse operations required Experience using UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager preferred International shipping experience preferred Experience with order picking and packing Understanding of warehouse operations and inventory handling Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn internal systems Must be a team player with a focus on customer service and quality PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without accommodation #J-18808-Ljbffr
