Overview Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Responsibilities Perform File QC using various playback programs and nonlinear editing systems; view media and identify defects such as digital hits, macro blocking, and interlacing; listen to media for quality assessment. Account specialist duties: gather, sort, organize, and record data, information, and documents to prepare work for processing. Review and maintain accounts receivable that is 90 days overdue through phone, email, and text outreach; resolve issues with clients and prepare costing for all projects.
