Position: Part-time Administrative Assistant- Office of Area Supervisors- 12 months
5 days a week- up to 5 hours per day

Effective Date: July 1, 2026

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum experience as determined by the Board, but should include coursework and/or background in secretarial, clerical, and computer-based functions
Effective organizational skills and demonstrated proficiency in data processing and use of school-based technology and student information systems. REALTIME & CSI knowledge helpful.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. Citizenship or legal resident alien status

Salary & Benefits:

$25.45-$29.26 per hour, based on experience and in accordance with the negotiated agreement and step guide.
Sick days included
In accordance with New Jersey pension regulations, this position qualifies for the Defined Contribution Retirement Program (DCRP) and is not eligible for PERS enrollment/Benefits.
