Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with 3+ years of litigation experience to support attorneys through all phases of case management, from intake through resolution and trial preparation. This full-time, onsite role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong organizational, client communication, and litigation support skills. Personal Injury litigation experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, clerical, and litigation support for active case files.
• Maintain attorney calendars and monitor case deadlines, hearings, and litigation events.
• Schedule depositions, mediations, pre-depositions, hearings, meetings, and conferences.
• Manage case documents using Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and FileVine.
• E-file legal documents through state court E-Portal systems and assist with additional court filings.
• Assist attorneys with preparation for depositions, hearings, conferences, and trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, affidavits, subpoenas, and other litigation-related documents under attorney supervision.
• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and third parties.
• Coordinate CourtCalls, Zoom hearings, and virtual proceedings.
• Support discovery, fact-finding projects, and case investigations.
• Maintain organized and accurate electronic and physical case files.
• Perform additional litigation and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience preferred.
• Personal Injury litigation experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with discovery procedures and litigation processes.
• Experience with state court e-filing systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and FileVine or similar case management software.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to client service.
