Posting Date: October 2, 2026 Closing Date: October 16, 2026 Reports to: Building Principal Start Date: Immediate Opening Rate of Pay: Starting at $17.28/hour (plus benefits)–Pay commensurate with experience Schedule: 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, 208 days per year Qualifications Strong word processing and data entry skills; Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PowerSchool experience Must be proficient with Google as well as other technology platforms. Able to update and maintain the website and calendars Ability to manage multiple office responsibilities Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Experience with budgeting and fund accounting Able to prioritize, self-directed Strong analytical skills, with high attention to detail High level of motivation, enthusiasm and organizational abilities Strong communication and public relations skills. Ability to assume responsibilities with minimum direct supervision. Ability to work in multi-task situations. Must be able to troubleshoot and assist with community stakeholder's questions Job Responsibilities Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for families, staff, and students by answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and providing professional front-office support.
