DutiesManage subordinate civilian and contractor IT personnel engaged in the administration, engineering, and maintenance of complex business and clinical server infrastructures on the unclassified defense health network enclave.Direct workload allocation, establish performance objectives, conduct evaluations, identify professional development needs, and adjudicate informal grievances and personnel matters in accordance with federal merit principles.Formulate, issue, and enforce standardized operational procedures, physical hardware installation baselines, operating system deployment policies, and technical guidance governing data center operations.Assume ultimate technical accountability for the configuration, availability, performance, and incident escalation workflows of specialized clinical application servers, database systems, and integration interfaces.
