What You'll Do

Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process within the scope of practice.
Assess patient needs and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
Delegate and supervise licensed and ancillary team members.
Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.
Educate patients and families, ensuring understanding of treatment plans.
Document all care activities accurately and promptly.

What You Need

Required:

Valid RN license in Louisiana
BLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
Minimum of 2 years of recent RN experience in a medical/surgical setting
Proficiency with electronic health records and healthcare software
Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred:

Additional clinical certifications in specialty areas
