Hours/Week: Variable

Employment Type: Contract

Licenses/Certifications: RN license, BLS, ACLS

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience

Hourly Pay Rate: $54.31

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality patient care using the nursing process in accordance with state and professional standards
• Assess patient learning needs and implement education strategies
• Delegate tasks and coordinate effectively with the healthcare team
• Use data and clinical knowledge to evaluate patient progress and promote positive outcomes
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
• Support the facility's goals and uphold its standards of nursing excellence
• Perform additional duties as assigned within your scope of practice

What You Need

Required:

• Valid RN license in Louisiana
• 2+ years of clinical nursing experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
• Proficiency with computer systems and documentation
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred:

• Certification in a specialized clinical area
