Description

- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in either inpatient or outpatient settings and devise personalized treatment strategies. - Implement physical therapy protocols focused on mobility, strength, balance, and overall function. - Collaborate with nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation professionals to enhance patient outcomes. - Guide patients and families on therapeutic objectives, discharge coordination, and home exercise programs. - Accurately document all evaluations, treatments, and progress as per facility and regulatory requirements. - Engage in interdisciplinary team rounds and conferences to ensure cohesive care delivery.

Education

- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent credential from an accredited institution.

Certifications
