We are a busy, team-focused salon dedicated to delivering quality haircuts and excellent customer service. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager who is also skilled in haircuts, especially clipper cuts, to join our growing team. Pay: $19.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience) + Tips Support daily salon operations Help manage schedules and team coverage Assist with training and coaching stylists Handle customer concerns professionally Monitor inventory and assist with ordering Help drive sales and meet performance goals What are salon owners looking for in a great Assistant Salon Manager?
