Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive operations technical transfer project plans, considering timelines, budgets, and resource management. Monitor and control project execution. Monitor and mitigate risk. Monitor the progress of projects and proactively identify and report any projected risks to overall targets or timelines as well as potential mitigation strategies. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables. Gather requirements and improvement potential, driving close alignment with relevant stakeholders within the company’s Operations and across the company’s Group. Candidate Profile Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of project management experience, including risk management, project reporting, and delivering quantitative and qualitative results in complex environments. Experience in a manufacturing environment for medical or pharmaceutical products. Good problem‑solving skills and ability to coordinate project‑related activities. Strong written and oral communication skills. Stakeholder management and facilitation skills. Proficient in project and portfolio management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheets, and/or Monday.com. Ability to manage projects with ambitious milestones and to escalat[e] and drive management decisions regarding project execution and resource needs. Project management specific training and/or certification. Lead cross‑functional collaboration with internal and external partners; coordinating cross‑functional teams. PMP certification preferred. Familiarity with Monday.com. Strong business acumen and dedication to operational excellence. Excellent communication on different levels, ability to address challenges in an environment with divergent interests. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and align diverse interests toward a common goal.
