The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a Route Driver Now Hiring to work at a company located in the Pompano Beach, FL area!

Job Location: Pompano Beach, Fl

Pay and Hours for Job + Benefits: $ 18.00 p/hr

Start Time: Between 4:00 AM – 6:00 AM
Interview: Must interview

POSITION SUMMARY

We are currently hiring a Route Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be reliable, responsible, safety-conscious, and comfortable starting early in the morning. This position is responsible for safely transporting and delivering products to designated locations while providing professional and dependable service.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Safely operate a company vehicle to complete assigned delivery routes.
Load, transport, and unload products while ensuring items are handled carefully.
Follow assigned delivery schedules and routes.
Verify deliveries and ensure products are delivered accurately and on time.
Maintain accurate delivery records and required documentation.
Communicate professionally with customers and company personnel.
Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
Follow all company safety procedures and transportation regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and work area.
Perform additional warehouse or delivery-related duties as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

Must have a valid driver's license.
Must have a clean driving record with no tickets or violations.
Must be able to provide a valid driver's license for verification.
Previous route driving, delivery, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.
Reliable transportation to report to work for early-morning shifts.
Ability to safely lift, carry, and move products as required.
Strong attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Professional attitude and good customer-service skills.
