Overview The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer with deep experience in Amazon and marketplaces creative to elevate our product presence across digital platforms. This role goes beyond standard design—you’ll craft high‑converting visual systems across product image galleries, A+ Content, Premium A+, and Brand Stories that directly impact revenue, customer trust, and brand perception. Responsibilities Design compelling Amazon product image galleries (main image + secondary images) optimized for conversion, clarity, and scroll‑stopping impact Create A+ Content modules (comparison charts, feature highlights, lifestyle storytelling) that communicate value quickly and effectively Develop Premium A+ Content with elevated layouts, immersive visuals, and refined brand storytelling Build and evolve Amazon Brand Stores that strengthen brand identity and cross‑sell product lines Translate product features into benefit‑driven visual narratives Collaborate with marketing, copywriters, and product teams to align messaging and creative direction Ensure all assets comply with Amazon guidelines and best practices (image ratios, text limits, prohibited elements, etc.) Own creative optimization tied to conversion performance, using performance data, A/B testing insights, and competitor analysis Maintain visual consistency across listings while adapting to different product categories Core Skills Strong portfolio showcasing Amazon product pages, A+ Content, or eCommerce design Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; Figma is a plus) Deep understanding of conversion‑driven design (hierarchy, readability, mobile‑first thinking) Ability to turn complex product details into clear, digestible visuals Strong typography, layout, and composition skills Amazon‑Specific Experience Familiarity with A+ Content structure and module system Experience designing Premium A+ (video, interactive layouts, full‑width assets) Understanding of Amazon shopper behavior and how users scan product pages Familiarity with wellness and nutritional supplement categories, including evolving visual trends, regulatory considerations, and trust‑building design patterns Nice to Have Experience with 3D rendering or photorealistic composites Basic motion/video skills for Premium A+ or ads Experience working with Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central workflows Understanding of SEO and keyword integration in visual content Experience with AI design workflows How You Think You design with intent, not decoration You understand that every image has a job: to educate, persuade, or convert You balance brand aesthetics with performance marketing You’re comfortable iterating quickly and testing variations You see Amazon constraints (modules, ratios, text limits) as levers for performance—not limitations You pay attention to small details that most people overlook What Success Looks Like Product listings that stand out in crowded categories Increased conversion rates and engagement on product pages A consistent, scalable visual system across the catalog Creative that clearly communicates why the product is worth buying Application Requirements Portfolio with Amazon‑specific work (required) Before/after examples or case studies showing impact on performance (if available) Brief explanation of your design process for an Amazon listing Tools and workflows you typically use Equal Opportunity Policy The Vitamin Shoppe is an equal opportunity employer. Compensation The salary for this position is based on many factors such as role requirements, skill set, years of experience and other organizational needs.
