Leasing Consultant (Gold Coast)

Responsibilities Conduct leasing activities, including but not limited to touring prospective residents, processing applications, and preparing leases while following all regulatory guidelines. Enter new lease information into leasing software and ensure accuracy. Prepare, maintain, and manage new and existing lease files. Monitor the CRM system and consistently follow‑up on prospective leads and existing resident inquiries. Provide excellent customer service to residents, prospects, vendors, visitors, and other customers. Monitor and evaluate competitors’ rental rates, prepare weekly market surveys, and recommend rental rate changes. Assist in move‑in / move‑out process. Receive resident service requests and administer the building work order system. Conduct regular walk‑throughs of the facility and report concerns to building maintenance. Maintain schedules for amenity spaces. Coordinate resident events and send out communication. Qualifications Qualified candidates will be self‑starters with at least 2 years of sales‑related experience. Previous apartment leasing experience with proven, exceptional closing skills preferred. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and administrative acumen. Candidates must have or be willing to obtain a current Illinois leasing agent license. Regular weekend hours will be required. The hourly rate for this position is based on level of experience and ranges between an hourly rate of $21.63 - $22.28 + commission eligibility.
