Lease Administrator – Corporate Portfolios What we do MBG Consulting, Inc. manages complex, global lease portfolios for corporate real estate departments. We handle the full lifecycle of lease administration: abstracting, translating, rent processing, CAM reconciliations, critical dates tracking, documents and database management, auditing, and portfolio reporting. Our clients are Fortune 500 companies, not landlords. We handle the details, not the deals. What you'll do: Abstract and administer commercial leases (office, industrial, retail) Process rent invoices and reconcile CAM, tax, and insurance escalations Audit landlord billings against lease terms Track critical dates — options, expirations, renewals Maintain lease records in a lease management system (CoStar, LeaseHarbor, Visual Lease, or similar) Generate portfolio-level reports for client stakeholders What this role is NOT: This is not a leasing, brokerage, sales, or tenant rep role. If your background is primarily in residential leasing or deal-making, this isn't the right fit. Qualifications 2+ years in corporate lease administration (not leasing or brokerage) Applied knowledge of lease terms, processes, and reporting requirements Proven ability to abstract commercial leases across office, industrial, and retail portfolios Proficient in processing rent invoices, CAM reconciliations, and producing portfolio-level reports Familiar with sublease management and lease compliance tracking Hands-on experience with lease management platforms such as CoStar, LeaseHarbor, Visual Lease, LeaseCalcs or similar Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time-management abilitiesSelf-directed problem-solver who can manage competing priorities independently #J-18808-Ljbffr MBG Consulting Incorporated
