Navigating Requirements:
•
Develop test strategies, test plans, test cases, test scripts and test reports from SAP Enhancements/Projects
•
Manages Project testing effort thru reporting, meeting coordination with Project Management and Business SMEa€s
•
Organizes and communicates tests plans to all impacted parties
•
Manages other testers executing test scripts for the effort
•
Perform testing on SAP and reporting systems
•
Validate user expectations are achieved during the testing process
•
Review user requirements, Functional/technical specification documents to ensure that requirements are testable
•
Document and monitor defects through the resolution process
•
Communicate test and defect status to project teams and management
•
Receive work assignments, context, and guidance
•
Provide daily status updates
•
Collaborate to develop requirements for new or changed business processes
•
Project Manager Provide status updates
•
Business Analyst Collaborate on projects and enhancements

•
Required
o
Years of experience 7 10 yrs
o
Familiarity with Testing tools, specifically JIRA
o
Knowledge of retail business processes
o
Ability to identify and prioritize project testing needs
o
Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle
o
Understanding of IT development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
o
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
o
Ability to actively participates and collaborates with others on one's own team and across REI for the achievement of business goals
o
Bachelora€s degree in related field or equivalent work experience 7 10 yrs
o
Ability to consolidate information from various sources including feedback from others to reach sound decisions
