Job Overview Position: Clinical Social Worker (Health/CF) Safety. Location: Pleasant Valley State Prison, Coalinga, CA (Fresno County). Part‑time (1/2 Time), 20 hours per week. Responsibilities Conduct assessments and summarize case information for diagnosis, treatment level of care, and dispositional release. Develop, monitor, and modify treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary treatment team. Provide assessments, group therapy, collateral conferences, and document patient progress. Coordinate placement with community resources and the Classification and Parole Representative.
