Certified Surgical Technologist

Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to expertly assist physicians and nurses in the operating room during surgical procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients by preparing the operating room, sterilizing equipment, and providing support to the surgical team.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current certification from a program accredited by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA)
• BLS Certification
• 2 years' experience as a certified OR tech / Surg Tech in a surgical environment
• For CVOR positions, 2 years' experience as a certified CVOR technologist in a cardiac surgical environment

Assignment Details:

• 4 10-hour shifts per week.
• Variable start time between 0600 and 0800.
• On call 1 day per week and every 4th weekend.

Location Highlights

Davenport, Iowa offers Mississippi River access and a central Quad Cities location, with the Figge Art Museum downtown and Credit Island Park about 5 miles from the city center. Vander Veer Botanical Park features gardens and walking paths in the city, and Scott County Park is about 20 miles north for hiking, camping, and outdoor recreation. The Village of East Davenport provides local shops and dining near the riverfront, and Interstate 74 connects Davenport with Moline and Bettendorf in about 10 to 15 minutes depending on traffic. Traveling clinicians can expect a mid-sized river city setting with access to the Quad Cities International Airport in Moline, roughly 10 miles away, and riverfront trails along the Mississippi.
