Salesforce Application Developer

Senior Salesforce Application Developer Zions Bancorporation is looking for a Senior Salesforce Application Developer to join our Salesforce team. The role requires strong system administration and no-code development experience, with a focus on maintaining and optimizing system performance, security, and administration. The candidate will lead a team and coordinate across multiple Salesforce orgs and platform releases. Responsibilities Provide technical leadership to the application developer team and other support personnel Plan and execute tasks and projects to improve operational service delivery, system security, and service availability Configure security and integration protocols for the Salesforce platform according to business and technical requirements. Generate reports that can be used to analyze system performance and service levels and identify problem areas for improvement Improve the system by completing user stories that involve no-code/low-code declarative development Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure optimal delivery of new features in Salesforce Provide support for the Salesforce helpdesk queue Create and maintain documentation and training materials related to Salesforce knowledge and support processes Participate in product delivery teams leveraging an Agile framework Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
