Du bist der Motor hinter unseren Vertriebsaktionen und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Produkte optimal am Markt platziert werden.**Deine Aufgaben:*** Umfassendes Activity-Management: Du konzipierst den globalen Aktivitätenkalender in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Vertriebsteams und Marketing. Du planst, sorgst für die reibungslose Durchführung und überwachst unsere Vertriebsaktivitäten. Dazu gehört die Definition der Sortimente und der Aktionsrabatte, sowohl für unsere externen Partner (Wholesale, externe E-Commerce) und für unsere eigenen Kanäle. Du stimmst Planmengen ab und überträgst diese ins unser Planungstool BOARD.* Ein wichtiger Teil deiner Rolle ist auch die globale Sortimentsplanung in BOARD, bei der du als Teil des Core Teams eng mit Marketing, Controlling und SCM zusammenarbeitest.* Support Overstock Management: Du hilfst uns, Bestände effizient zu verwalten, indem du unsere Überbestände ermittelst und hilfst, diese in die vorgesehenen Kanäle zu verteilen.* Überwachung und Pflege von notwendigen Stammdaten in unserem Sales Force System.* Erstellung von Standard Reportings zu abgeschlossenen Aktivitäten, zu Distributionen unserer Sortimente, sowie die Durchführung von Analysen und Reports auf Anfrage.**Dein Profil:*** Du hast eine Ausbildung als Industriekauffrau/mann oder Fachkauffrau/mann für Vertriebsmanagement absolviert.* Idealerweise bringst du ca. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position mit.* Sicherer Umgang mit Englisch, SAP R/3 und MS Office ist für dich selbstverständlich .* Kenntnisse in CRM/Salesforce sind von Vorteil .* Du bist bereit, dich in unser neues BOARD-System einzuarbeiten und es aktiv zu nutzen.* Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und bist ein echter Teamplayer.**Dein Ansprechpartner:**Jennifer BartzenHR Business Partner Sales D&L
