Technical Project Manager
Stealth Startup
We're a fast-growing startup in the AI sales space looking for a Technical Project Manager to drive execution across engineering, product, and operations.
What you'll do:
- Own project delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical plans
- Track priorities, dependencies, risks, and timelines
- Drive cross-functional communication and ensure alignment
- Help establish scalable processes in a fast-moving environment
- Partner closely with founders, engineers, and customers to keep projects on track
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of project/program management experience in a technical environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience working with engineering teams and software development lifecycles
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities
- Bias for action and a high sense of ownership
Nice to have:
- Startup experience
- Exposure to AI, SaaS, or enterprise software products
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Linear, Notion, and Slack
