Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment for communication and swallowing disorders
• Serve a K-12 caseload, adapting interventions for various developmental stages
• Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports, ensuring compliance with IDEA and district policies
• Supervise and mentor Clinical Fellows (CFY) if applicable
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized therapy plans

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state SLP license (or eligible)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFYs) will be considered
• Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
