- Make food and drink recommendations and answer menu-related questions
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including bar tops, stools, and surrounding floors
- Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction
- Follow all alcohol service regulations and company policies
- Previous bartending experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be at least 21 years old and have (or be willing to obtain) required certifications
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
