Must-Have Skills:

• 0-1 year of IT support experience with basic knowledge of hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to learn new technologies, manage multiple priorities, and support Tier 1 technical issues.
• High School diploma or equivalent; additional IT certifications or education are a plus.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in an enterprise IT environment.
• Familiarity with help desk procedures, ticketing systems, and desktop support best practices.
