Radiation Therapist (RT) (ARRT)

UP Health System Marquette – Radiation Therapist 1.0 FTE Days – Oncology Department Sign‑on bonus: $7,500 for external candidates (based on eligibility requirements). Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, rotating weekend on call. This position is a MAST Union position. Responsibilities Deliver accurately the prescribed planned course of radiation therapy with minimal supervision. Create and execute patient treatment schedules. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition; fabricate immobilization devices, blocks, custom blocks, bolus, etc. Observe radiation safety measures for patient and personnel. Maintain storage areas with required supply levels and equipment. Disassemble, clean, sterilize equipment, and perform preventative maintenance and calibration of machines. Maintain records of daily treatment and other records as required. Simulate patients according to Radiation Oncologist's instruction. Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS‑HCP). Varian, TrueBeam and ARIA experience preferred.
