Job Summary
We are seeking a Project Manager with a strong background in managing
application development projects.
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include providing project management leadership, as
well as establishing and maintaining outstanding project management tools
and practices for quality-based initiatives.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables for application-
related projects.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
Strong experience with Scrum methodology, Scrum master certification is
preferred.
Ensure application projects follow SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
Provide executive-level reporting (dashboards, presentations, project
updates).
Communicate risks, dependencies, and blockers clearly to leadership.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
training, experience, and certification.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
Familiarity with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HR, finance, cloud/SaaS
solutions).
Familiarity/ experience with Tools: JIRA, MS Project, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, or
similar PM tools.

Ability to balance technical understanding with business priorities.
