This part‑time position, funded for two years with a possibility of extension, supports recruitment, office equipment inventory, game‑day staff payment processing, data gathering and analysis, personnel file management, and onboarding/offboarding. Responsibilities The Human Resources Generalist collaborates with the Senior Human Resources Generalist to support clients and achieve the goals of Intercollegiate Athletics while ensuring compliance with UC policies and procedures. Key duties include: Recruitment support Office equipment inventory management Game day staff payment processing Data gathering and analysis Personnel file management Onboarding and offboarding processes Qualifications Applicants must have current UCR work authorization and are not eligible for visa sponsorship. Candidates should possess relevant education, licensure, certifications, and experience as outlined by UCR Human Resources policies.
