Responsibilities This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Montgomery, TX. The Assistant Manager will assist in the day-to-day operations of the property, including supervising staff, coordinating maintenance, managing tenant relations, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Additional responsibilities include leasing, paperwork compliance, and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the Property Manager to achieve optimum performance and maintain the high standards of FEIN. Qualifications Strong leadership and staff supervision skills Excellent tenant relations and customer service skills Proficiency in property management software preferably Yardi Products and Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities Ability to implement marketing strategies and manage property promotions Previous experience in property management is required Excellent written and verbal communication skills Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Location: Conroe, TX Salary: $105,000.00-$112,000.00 #J-18808-Ljbffr Martin Fein Interests, Ltd.
