About the Role:
Fin & Crab is looking for an energetic and experienced Restaurant Floor Manager to lead our front-of-house team in the heart of Charleston, SC. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
• Lead, coach, and motivate floor staff including servers, hosts, and bussers
• Manage table flow, reservations, and seating to maximize efficiency and guest experience
• Handle guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally
• Coordinate with kitchen and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth communication and timely service
• Monitor staff performance, conduct pre-shift meetings, and enforce service standards
• Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and daily reporting

Requirements:

• 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent guest relations and conflict resolution abilities
• Solid understanding of FOH operations, POS systems, and table management software
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
• Food Handler Certification or ServSafe certification preferred
• Positive, professional demeanor with a passion for hospitality
