Residential Property Service Engineer (Apartments)

What you’ll tackle

Plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs—both routine and corrective.
Fast, courteous responses to resident maintenance requests with timely resolution.
Proactive property walkthroughs to identify issues before they become problems.
Accurate documentation of work completed and materials used.
Turnover support for vacant units, including painting and cleaning.
Coordination with management to schedule and prioritize projects and upgrades.
Strict adherence to safety regulations and community standards.
Customer-first communication that strengthens the resident experience.

Must-haves

High school diploma or equivalent (technical training is a plus).
Experience in apartment or facility maintenance.
Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC.
Ability to diagnose issues and complete quality repairs.
Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable working solo or on a team.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Availability for emergency maintenance as needed.
HVAC certification is a plus.
