Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
• California state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Strong commitment to student progress in a school setting
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based therapy to support students’ individual needs
• Manage a 1:1 caseload, designing and implementing effective therapy plans
• Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
• Maintain accurate records and prepare progress reports compliant with school and state policies
• Actively participate in IEP meetings and contribute specialized knowledge to develop appropriate goals
• Stay informed about best practices, continuing education, and current trends in speech therapy
