Office Assistant (Bilingual English/Spanish) Temp-to-Hire | Full-Time | Onsite | Cerritos, CA $18.00-$20.00/hour DOE

What You'll Do
- Welcome and assist visitors with professionalism and compassion.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Provide outstanding customer service in both English and Spanish.
- Prepare correspondence, forms, and other administrative documents.
- Maintain accurate records and files.
- Schedule appointments and assist with office calendars.
- Process data entry and maintain confidential information.
- Support the office team with day-to-day administrative duties.
- Keep the front office organized, professional, and running efficiently.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
- Previous office, administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience.
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy.
- Dependable, punctual, and eager to grow with a long-term employer.
