Google Ads Specialist

Job Title: Advanced Google Ads Specialist Company: Energize Group Job Type: Full-Time About Energize Group: Energize Group is a dynamic Dental Marketing Company specializing in website development, social media advertising, lead generation, SEO, organic social media posting, dental consulting, and patient appointment booking. We are dedicated to helping dental practices enhance their online presence and grow their patient base through comprehensive digital marketing strategies. Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns for a variety of clients. Monitor and analyze ad performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve campaign outcomes. Conduct keyword research and complete keyword audits for multiple accounts. Recognize search trends in the dental space and be able to adapt campaigns on the fly to align with current search behavior. Think strategically and critically about campaign performance, and be able to dissect issues finding swift resolutions. Work closely with account managers to align campaign strategies with client goals. Stay up-to-date with Google Ads trends, algorithm changes, and best practices. Be client-facing and be able to articulate campaign performance clearly and palatable to all involved parties. Seek out improvement opportunities and innovations in Google Ads campaigns. Qualifications: Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in successfully working with Google Ads campaigns. A deep understanding of Google Ads features, functionalities, and best practices. Experience in the dental marketing industry is a strong plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships. Proficient in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other reporting tools. A team player with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
