Location: Brook Park, OH 44142
Pay Rate: $17+ - depending on experience, skills, and abilities
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Assistant to perform general maintenance of both facility and production equipment. This is a hands-on role supporting daily operations by keeping machines running smoothly and the facility in top condition. Ideal for someone mechanically inclined and looking to grow with a stable company.

This is the ideal position for someone with mechanical aptitude with maintenance experience in a low-stress environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the general maintenance on machines and equipment
Assist with building maintenance including emptying bins, moving material, etc
Support preventive maintenance and help diagnose basic mechanical issues
Maintain clean and organized work and storage areas
Record maintenance tasks and follow safety procedures
Work with Maintenance Technicians and Production staff to reduce downtime

Qualifications:

Experience with general maintenance or mechanical work preferred
Able to use hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment
Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Forklift experience a huge plus
