Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assist in routine maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Perform regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Support preventive maintenance schedules to ensure all building systems operate efficiently.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Help maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report any unusual occurrences.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members and support special projects as needed.

Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay: $17

• Full-Time Shift

• Day Shift-8 Hours

• Location: Cleveland, Ohio

Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems is desirable.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
