The Opportunity As Project Executive, you will provide operational and strategic leadership across large‑scale hyperscale and enterprise data center programs. You will oversee multiple project teams while acting as a senior client partner responsible for successful execution, operational excellence, and long‑term relationship management. This role extends far beyond project oversight. The successful candidate will help shape regional growth strategy, mentor future operational leaders, strengthen key client relationships, and play an instrumental role in expanding the GC’s Mission Critical footprint. Projects will typically range from $100M to $1B+ in value and involve some of the most sophisticated mission critical environments currently being developed in the U.S. market. Key Responsibilities Provide executive leadership across hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data center projects. Lead project teams through all phases including preconstruction, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover. Serve as the executive-level point of contact for owners, developers, design partners, and key stakeholders. Drive operational excellence across safety, quality, scheduling, financial performance, and risk management. Support business development efforts including pursuits, interviews, client presentations, and strategic relationship development. Mentor and develop Project Managers, Senior PMs, Superintendents, and emerging operational leaders. Partner closely with senior leadership on staffing strategy, operational planning, and regional growth initiatives. Oversee project forecasting, contract management, procurement strategy, and overall project profitability. Foster a collaborative, high‑performance culture centered around accountability, leadership, and client success. Desired Experience 10+ years of commercial construction experience with substantial Mission Critical/Data Center project exposure. Proven success delivering hyperscale, colocation, or enterprise data center projects exceeding $100M. Strong understanding of critical infrastructure systems including: Electrical distribution systems UPS and backup power systems Generators Mechanical cooling infrastructure Commissioning and startup processes Redundancy and uptime requirements Executive-level communication skills with strong client‑facing capabilities. Strong operational, contractual, and financial management expertise. Ability to thrive within fast‑paced, schedule‑driven mission critical environments.
