Lead Embedded Engineer

Responsibilities Ensure that global engineering functions are highly organized through dependency tracking and have the tools to work seamlessly across time zones. Partner with the other engineering functional team leads to deliver high quality products, on time and in scope. Partner and coordinate dependencies with external design resources as needed. Recommending & drive process improvements to improve team efficiency. Support development of product plans and roadmaps for Comfort product lines. Ensure that appropriate technologies are identified, researched, and developed for timely introduction into Resideo products and systems. Ensure that product architecture, design and development support common platforms, maximize reuse and reduce product development cycle time.
